Przed zamówieniem sprawdź, czy na pewno zamawiasz właściwy format płyty (CD czy LP)...............................
Uwaga! Większość płyt staramy się mieć gotowych non-stop do wysyłki, czasem jednak trzeba trochę poczekać, ale o tym poinformujemy przy każdym zamówieniu. Jeśli podany przez nas orientacyjny czas oczekiwania wyda Ci się za długi, możesz oczywiście zrezygnować z zamówienia lub jego części.
Jeśli po złożeniu zamówienia okaże się, że chcesz je zmienić - pisz szybko mejla na adres: sklep@gusstaff.com i wyjaśnij, co trzeba zmienić w zamówieniu - podawaj wówczas zawsze numer zamówienia...
Przed wysłaniem zamówienia koniecznie sprawdź, czy podałeś pełny i prawidłowy adres wysyłki, listonosze nie są wróżkami, gdy nie ma dokładnego adresu (np. numeru mieszkania), przesyłka wraca do nas... Jeśli chcesz otrzymać paczkę np. w miejscu pracy, to przy adresie podaj też koniecznie nazwę instytucji.
Jeśli poszukujesz jakiejs płyty wydanej przez wydawców wymienionych na głownej stronie, a nie znalazłeś jej w naszym sklepie, napisz do nas, może zapomnieliśmy ją wstawić?, a może jest juz niedostępna? Skorzystaj z działu KONTAKT.
Jeśli chcesz otrzymać fakturę VAT na zakupione w naszym sklepie produkty, napisz o tym w polu komentarza przy składaniu zamówienia, podając przy tym koniecznie pełną nazwę odbiorcy faktury i numer NIP.
UWAGA! Akceptujemy płatności przez Paypal, zarówno dla przesyłek zagranicznych jak i krajowych. W opcjach płatności znajdziesz odpowiednie pole wyboru. Przy płatnościach przez system PayPal radzimy się wcześniej upewnić (mejlem, przez GG, telefonicznie), że zamawiane płyty na pewno są dostępne.

Wir verkaufen nicht nur in Polen, sondern können auch unsere Ware ins Ausland verschicken, dann ändern sich aber natürlich Portokosten. Unser System zeigt automatisch nur die Portokosten für Europa.
Kunden, die ausserhalb Europa wohnen, werden gebeten, die Bestellung per E-mail zu schicken (an sklep@gusstaff.com), dann können wir die Portokosten angeben. Bei Bestellungen über 200 PLN entfallen die Portokosten - das gilt aber nur für die Sendungen innerhalb Polens, sorry...
Bei Bestellungen außerhalb Polens akzeptieren wir jetzt PAYPAL (na endlich!) und Überweisung auf unser Konto (IBAN) als Zahlunsmöglichkeiten. Die Preise sind in polnischen Zlotys, bei Überweisung wird Ihr Bank das genau umrechnen.
Bestellen Sie also die gewünschten Platten entweder in unserem Laden, oder schreiben Sie an uns (sklep@gusstaff.com).
Nicht alle Artikel haben wir immer im Lager, deshalb wäre es sinnvoll, vor dem Einkauf nach der Lieferbarkeit der Platten zu fragen - am besten per Email - sklep@gusstaff.com.
Paypal zeigt leider nur ein Artikel, obwohl es die ganze Bestellung umfasst.

We sell not only to the polish customers, we can ship the records to the whole world, but than you must pay more for the shipping...
The shipping costs given automatically by our shop are for Poland and Europe only. other customers please contact us before you pay: sklep@gusstaff.com. Our shop will show you only the costs of the articles without shipping costs, so if you will contact us and write the ordered items, we will let you know the shipping costs to your country.
For the orders higher than 200 PLN we pay for the shipping - but only for the shippings in Poland, sorry...
At the moment we accept PAYPAL and banktransfer as payment methods. The prices here are in polish zloty, your bank will calculate this from your currence.
Please order the records you wish in our shop or just write an e-mail with your order (sklep@gusstaff.com). We will let you know the shipping costs to your country and our bank account-number as IBAN or details to the payment with PAYPAL.
